Twinkle Toes:
This is the start to your dancer’s creative journey. We'll practice walks, skips, marches, runs, and more. We'll learn sounds and rhythmical skills. Twinkle toes is a ballet-based creative movement class for ages 2-4 years old.
Combo Classes:
These are a great starting point for young dancers who are not sure which discipline they want to focus on. Classes are structured with 2 dance styles.
Ballet/Jazz OR Tap/Hip Hop.
Ages 4-6
Level 1 Ballet:Class starts focusing on ballet terms, positions and technique.
Level 1 Hip Hop: Introduces classic 90’s hip hop dance steps: The Bart Simpson, Roger Rabbit, The Running Man etc….to build a vocabulary of movement.
Level 1 Jazz: Gets your little one moving to fast pace energetic music with fun combos, stretching and jumps.
Level 1 Acro:Basic building blocks of acro are developed, including bending and rolling.
Level 1 Tap:Introduces the fun of Tap. Start to focus on rhythms, sounds and timing.
Level 2 Acro: Builds on Level 1 Acro technique with more core body strengthening, flexibility and challenging exercises.
Level 2 Ballet:The start of more formal ballet training, focusing on alignment, posture, use of foot and jumps.
Level 2 Hip Hop:Builds on Level 1 Hip Hop with more stylized movements.
Level 2 Jazz:Builds on Level 1 Jazz with traveling exercises and turns.
Level 2 Lyrical:A beautiful blend of Ballet and Jazz. Movement based on lyrics and emotion.
Level 2 Tap:Builds on Level 1 Tap with added difficulty and faster tempos.
Level 3 Acro:Building on Level 2 Acro technique. More conditioning and partner skills.
Level 3 Ballet:Formal Ballet training. Barre work and centre practice covering all aspects of a traditional ballet class.
Level 3 Hip Hop:Building on Level 2 Hip Hop technique. Adding styles such as pop and lock.
Level 3 Jazz:Building on Level 2 Jazz technique. Traveling jumps, kicks and turns.
Level 3 Lyrical/ Contemporary:Building on Level 2 technique, with more improvisation.
Level 2/ 3 Musical Theatre:Combination of Dance warm ups, skills, drama games and theatre acts.
